Assignment Included:
Providing technical assistance to the Joint Services Council for Western Bethlehem area to enhance its capacity for managing water and wastewater services. The work included but not limited to:
- Assessment of the technical services capabilities and needs of the Joint Services Council.
- Holding discussions with the participating villages to identify key operational issues.
- Identifying the training needs to strengthen performance.
- Preparing of on job training manuals.
