AECOM is the prime consultant of this program, while SES is AECOM’s core subcontractor for water and wastewater technical services.

Assignment  include:
Under this program AECOM& SES design and provide construction management services for activities that construct and rehabilitate water systems, distribution networks, sewage systems, and other infrastructure, as well as strengthen the Palestinian Authority’s (PA’s) ability to effectively operate and maintain infrastructure and resources. More specifically, AECOM&SES provide multi-discipline engineering and construction management services in support of infrastructure programs for the West Bank. AECOM & SES provide services  for the following disciplines: Professional services of an architectural or engineering nature as associated with research, planning, development, design, construction, alteration, or repair of real property; and Other professional services of an architectural or engineering nature, or of incidental services, including studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, conceptual designs, plans and specifications, value engineering, construction phase services, soils engineering, design drawings reviews, peer reviews, preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, and other related services.
