The project consists of the construction of two blending and storage reservoirs in Northern Gaza in Jabalia and Beit Lahia. The purpose of the project is to increase access to potable water, allow fair and equal distribution, and reduce operational costs by optimizing the additional 5 MCM per year allocated for Gaza under the Red-Dead Allocations Agreement.
The purpose of this project is to improve the water supply, storage, and distribution capabilities of the Northern Governorate’s water system.
The Project will include two components: Al Nuzha and Al Kashef Reservoirs. Each reservoir will include booster pump stations and associated facilities, as well as transmission and distribution pipelines.
