SES Ventures into Healthcare: Leveraging Expertise for Major Facility Projects
Ever since its establishment in 2013, SES has primarily focused on the infrastructure market, successfully undertaking various projects in engineering and construction supervision. Following the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting slowdown in business, SES management made the strategic decision to expand the range of services offered by the company.
As part of this expansion, SES has ventured into the healthcare market, particularly in the design of health facilities. In recent years, SES has been involved in preparing tender documents for two major health facilities in East Jerusalem, including the design of major operating theatres at Al Makassed, through a contract with AECOM and funding from USAID.
The takeaway:
Staying flexible and open to new possibilities can lead to great things—as can hard work.
